Mediation Services Mediation services are billed, also according to type of case, location and complexity of issues. Hourly rates apply. Mediation charges start at $150.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum is required and must be paid in advance of mediation session.
While I am a licensed attorney, if I end up mediating your case I do not represent you or the other part(y)(ies). Mediators do not represent anyone. They are to be neutral and try to seek acceptable resolution of issues between the parties.
